I have 5 students for a rental house on a joint tenancy agreement (AST). the 3 who are UK students have UK guarantors and I have said that thtye don't need to pay a deposit. The two from Norway don't have a UK guarantor and I have said I want one month's rent from them as a refundable deposit. What do I need to do as far as the wording of the agreement is concerned? Do I use my usual one which has no deposit mentioned, and then have some kind of addendum? if so what would it say? Or what other options do I have?
