Tenant started ast contract on 19th nov 2010 till 18th May 2011 and then renewed from 19th May 2011 till 18th Nov 2011.

To confirm tenant is now on the statutory period. What dates should notice of section 21(b) start and end date(expiry date).

Please confirm expiry dates therefore i can evict this tenant using section 21(b) and the accelerated possesion order through the courts.

I have also have a section 21 signed by tenant therfore can put in dates myself, could i not.
I have not taken a deposit and hence not registered it.
