My neighbour has recently moved out of her house and has let it to two tenants. We think this may contravene the terms of her lease since the lease has a restrictive covenant " Not to assign sub-let share part with the possession of or hold as agent or in trust for any person part only of the house"
This legal jargon is not easy to understand. Can you explain if she is in breach of the lease.
Also if this has any implications on the rest of us in the row.
