Hi,

i have a county court judgement/order against a former tenant where out of arrears of 4000 he has paid about half and now has stopped paying for the last few months. i wish to enforce the order to claim back the other 2500 owing. He is on the higher rate of disability living allowance and receives about 600 a month in benefits and he is always on holiday and for the last year was paying me 100 a month, but i cant prove this. How can i enforce this order? Basically it was money that he stole from me and admitted in court hence the order in 2010.
thanks
