I would be grateful for advice as to the period of time that a tenant is liable to pay rent if they leave a tenancy early. I believe that the tenant may only be liable until the landlord finds new tenants to occupy the property. Are there any circumstances that the tenant would be liable for the rent for the full period of the tenancy agreement which they signed even if new tenants have moved into the property?

Many thanks
