Hello
I issued a Section 21 to my tenant it expires next week. (Rolling tenancy). We have now been contacted by solicitors at Citizens Advice to say that we are unable to gain access on the 3rd as we have indicated to the tenant.

She says that we have to now pursue a court order to remove him from the property and he will be given the right to appeal the order. They are sending a letter to me regarding the issue.

I assumed that a Section 21 was not fault based and that I could regain possession.

As usual, this is an anti-social tenant. The anti-social behaviour team have informed me that amphetamines are been dealt from the premises and that stolen goods were found there. I suppose I would have to pursue that route?

Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Doreen
