We are a company and we rent houses and let our colleagues stay there, rather than putting them in hotels for 6 months etc.

we have signed an AST for 36 months (or that's at least what the agents told us!). Here is what the AST says, which, for me, is a little confusing:

Term of Tenancy
The Landlord lets to the Tenant the premises for a period of thirty six months. The tenancy shall start on (and include) 30 June 2014 and shall end on (and include) 29 June 2017 but subject to the break clause.

Landlords Break Clause
The tenant agrees that the Landlord may terminate this agreement by serving not less than two calendar months written notice, such notice may be served at any time but will not expire before the minimum term of six months has been completed from the date of commencement of the term hereof. On the expiry of such notice this agreement shall end but without any prejudice to any antecedent breach of terms hereof by either party.

So does this mean that after 6 months the Landlord can just serve 2 months notice and we have to move out? If this is the case we've basically signed a 6 month contract!

Thanks for your help!
