Tenant has changed locks - this has happened since we entered the property recently to do the requisite gas safety/service. We emailed, and sent text messages to tenant saying this was necessary - and we acted "by the book".
Since then we find he has not paid rent for six months. wil not answer emails, and phone always on answerphone. Never gets back to us. Can you advise of correct procedure. Tenancy ends on 22nd November 2014.
Postbox absolutely rammed so assume he hasn't paid utilities either!! We don't think he is living there, either, judging by lack of personal stuff in the apartment.
