Hello
I have just received possession orders for 2 property's from the County Court the date given is Monday 1st One I would like to enforce asap. Using the county court bailiff costs 110.00 I think and can take up to 2 months if busy.

The alternative is to use the High Court Sheriff which I have never used before. What are the procedures and the cost involved ??
I understand you have to apply to the High Court for the writ and if agreed by the Judge then apply to the High Court Sheriff.
Having never been down this route I am obviously a little apprehensive.
