Hi all,

I normally take more than 1 months rent as a deposit and use tds to secure it. My prospective tenants has no upfront money as deposit, but they are happy for 50 extra/month. I know most of the people would advice me to select another tenant with deposit, but I would like to find out if there is any option to take 50 extra every month as a deposit legally. and secure it as well properly.

Any legal way to do it?

Wait for your reply,
Thanks
