Hi. Due to ill health I have decided to finish up letting my one and only property.
I do have a mortgage on the property and a current tenant (single mother with a teenage daughter, that has occupied the property coming up three years.
I am somewhat confused (Fibromyalgia does not help my case!) with the amount of 'do's & dont's as to what exactly I should be doing to serve notice on my tenant, other than I need to give two months notice but under what section/grounds?

Grateful if you could please advise?
