Hi all,
I have had a complaint from a tenant about the state of the communal kitchen in an HMO property. I guess I don't have to get involved but was considering sending an email to them all asking for cooperation and respect to each other. Cleaners go in once a week and when I have been to the property unexpected it has always looked ok. I would like to know what you would do. Is it best to leave it or risk alienating the rest of the tenants? I am thinking that the tenant may be exaggerating a bit due to another issue which has been resolved.
Your comments will be appreciated.
Thank Janet
