HELP. My tenants have reported a severe damp and mold problem in the main bedroom. (which i am addressing). I have a feeling that the reason problem is so severe is because they are drying their clothes in the 2nd bedroom on a clothes horse as there is no tumble dryer only washing machine. As one of the tenants is a chartered surveyor and pregnant what should i be doing. The lettings agency have confirmed although they are no expert it seems a ventilation problem. And not leak. She has asked for a new window what should i do. I have someone going round to treat mold. Last tenants never caused this much problems. I know that i have to deal with this.BUT where is there responsibility in all this. A little advise please
thanks
