Can someone advise whether its better to pay for a accredited inventory specialist vs a landlord carrying out the Inventory with an app like Inventory Plus? As landlords are now having to pay for both Check In and Check out Inventories, I'm resentful at having to pay over £240, if I can prepare the document with the same (if not more!) detail. In the eyes of the court/Judge and/or arbitrator, do they view a professional as more credible?
