I have a tenant whose rent is paid by Local Authority, it is slightly underpaid. The tenant has an alcohol problem, is constantly in & out of rehab. The flat is a mess & as it is a middle flat is causing problems renting flat above & below.I now want to sell the property & a prospective purchaser would be interested if the tenant was no longer there. How do I go about gaining possession?
