is section 21 valid after section 8 fails
i have issued a section 8 ( unpaid rent) and also a section 21 ( as tenancy is now periodic). If i go to court in a few weeks under section 8 and the judge says to let the tenant stay if they promise to be good, will the section 21 become void or can i still return to court for mandatory possession after the end date as specified in the section 21 ? Sorry for all the questions
