PO Box or Drop Off Box Address
I have had some excellent advice from Mo (Thanks Mo) on this subject previously. However I would just like to know if any other Landlords have any experience of using a PO Box or Drop Off Box Address on LHA/HB application forms as a landlord..??
I have a new application to make with an LHA tenant. Is it acceptable for me to give the housing benefits department a PO Box address on my HB/LHA application as a Landlord..?? Would the LA accept this as I do not want to give out my home address as I have previous experience of ex-tenants turning up and threatening my family and have xepereienced other problems..?? Do I have a legal obligation to inform them of my full postal address or can I use a PO Box address or a Drop Off Box Address..?? Please advise..??
