Use HCEO?

I am in Sheffield with a tenant living free.
Following S21 accelerated procedure the court issued a possession notice.
The 14 days S21 notice expires today and tomorrow I will apply for a possession order. I am advised that the court will take up to 2 weeks to issue the order and the court baliffs allow the tenant a further 2 weeks to comply and then after 2 weeks they schedule their atendance to evict. They are currently 4 to 6 weeks behind. So it could easily be 10 more weeks of no rent and still suffering costs.
If I upgrade the order to the High Court I understand that I can use HCEO who can move much faster and can seize goods/money for my costs.
Is the HCEO a practical option and what could the cost be?
Can anyone recommend an effective local HCEO company?
