As mentioned long time ago we have serious issues with current management company.
eg: various of invoices are charging too high; never get quotes for approval...etc.

We believe they don't have the signed agreement to run operations. I remember one RLA member suggests to get "Right to Manage" back if we have majority of the landlords agree.

Do we need to hire a solicitor to proceed with this? Or we can make decision not to continue
the management with them just like that? Please advise. Thanks
