Where do we stand regarding access
We have a tenant that has given notice
we arranged a viewing gave four days notice by post
we arrived to do viewing &entered the property
They say they never receieved notice
They reported us to the police for breaking and entering. The police stated that this was not the case to the tenants. The tenants have subseqently temporany within drawn their notice to leave. how do we stand regarding marketing costs.
with the RLA agreement can a tenant refuse entry in the last month stating that they have to be present.
can they make a claim against us stating that we did not have permission to enter the property.
They have changed the alarm code. Can they withhold this
