Hi,
I have received an email from the neighbour below a flat I have a tenant in complaining about the noise.
I suspect this may be a little bit of an exaggeration however I do feel in the spirit of fairness I should warn the tenant.

Is there a formal method of writing to the tenant reminding them of their obligations to refrain fro noise etc? Eg is there a specific wording I should use or do you think a simple letter pointing out the section of the tenancy agreement and that there has been a copmplaint.

Regards
