Have couple moving into our luxury flat next week,they are signing AST and Addendum tomorrow
Just draftin a new Addendum
Wondered what else to include(I use RLA AST whole property)
Cleanliness,Pest Control,Cooking and Showering with ventilation,Rubbish/recycling,Mould and Damp,Utility Bills,Cleaning Shower/toilet,Going Away,Broken Appliances,HEalth and Safety(smoking),Keys,TV Internet,aerials,Tenants insurance,other replacements,Gardens and icy weather on steps.
Dies anyone have any others to add?
