Hi there,

Have any of the members got advice in how to deal with insurance and unoccupied properties.

I have today been told that if the property is unoccupied for 30 days, then after this date, theft is not included. Does that theft include buildings theft?

If this is the case, there must be other insurers that insure against theft.

Also, anyone ware of a good tracing agent?

Regards
