I renewed my tenant's tenancy agreement for 12 months in July 2013 with an increase in rent. I would like to increase the rent again from July 2015, and let the tenant know again that I will review the rent amount every 2 years. I DONT want to increase it annually.

Should I be sending a fresh 24 month tenancy agreement in that case? Or will a 12 month tenancy be fine, rolling over for the 2nd 12 months' period like I did last time? Which is best?
I use the RLA tenancy agreement.

The tenant has been there since 1991, by the way!

Thanks
