Hi guys

Remember drunken/hoarder tenant?

Well the tenant got the sack and has not paid me rent due today 1st April, she says she has no income..Please correct me if I am wrong as I am new to this.

Do I need to send her a letter saying she is in arrears?

By 2nd May will be 2 months in arrears so I assume 3rd May can servevSection 8 notice under her door(I cannot serve sec21 as she is Asssured tenant)

14 days after this ie 17th May it expires so do I then fill in N5 and N119 to apply to court for eviction?

How long does it usually take for this kind of court hearing and do I need a solicitor?

Anything else I should know?
