Letting agent and breach of contract
I am trying to get 2 properties back from a letting agent to manage myself but it seems I have signed my life away.
They were recently nearly in breach of contract but I stupidly told them they had made an error and they have corrected it. Can I still say they were originally in breach of contract and demand my properties back?
Also they are members of the property ombudsman and I have looked at their code of conduct.
Under section 5 - 5s- It says any changes to the terms of business must be....
promptly confirmed in writing
Do I have any grounds to get my properties back?
