Hello

Could anyone confirm that if prescribed information is served late (after 30 days) in WALES then a valid section 21 can be served?
Does prescribed information have to be signed by a tenant? My tenant is in rent arrears and will not sign it. What is the best way of serving it if a contract is for individual room (HMO)?

Would posting underneath the bedroom door be the best option? Please advise.

Section 8 was served through the post, is that the correct way of serving it (rather than to the bedroom door).
