I have a tenant moved in 8th May with 6 month tenancy (room only- with a protected deposit) he paid his June rent and has now failed to pay July rent despite several attempts to contact him - there has been no response. Formal letter has been sent and ignored.
Looking at the information on the site it seems I am not able to issue a section 21 if he continues to fail to pay until the term of his tenancy has expired is this correct?
