Hi,

I had a management agreement with an agent basically a common law agreement to let my property for 5 years. He is now in breach of this as he has collected rent and not paid me.
In addition, I have since learnt that he has sublet the house to another agent who now have tenants in our property. This is also a breach of our agreement.
How do I get rid of the tenants? Will a Section 8 notice under rent arrears grounds suffice? Please advice.
