I have a flat in a block of 40+ flats the maintenance was that bad and costs so high we started an RTM to oversee the block running with an appointed managing agent.
As we run all of the maintenance overselves they now only provide a money collection service so we have decided to take over the full running. Are there any advise documents on running blocks legal requirement etc such as Fire risk inspections, electrical testing, lift maintenance that would help me to ensure I stay compliant a check list timetable type of document.
