Just drove an hour for a later than usual viewing.
Had asked many questions online on Open Rent including
Do you smoke or vape? do you have any pets?
Do you have any childcare responsibility.
As the answer was No I arranged a viewing,

Nice people arrived in good time. During the chat the lady says And we have a parrot, you don't mind that.
I said I asked you if you had pets and you said No.
She then said It is not a pet as it does not run around the room.It is in a cage.
She said all the letting agents said it isn't a pet.

This shocked me
The name Monty Python sprung to mind. They left quickly but had wasted my whole evening.

Am I the only one who thinks a parrot in a cage is a pet?
