Hello everyone,

As a landlord, the Consultation from the government on axing S21 says you can't regain posssession for two years from the date of the first tenancy begins even if you want to sell or move in yourself. In other words, you have to wait for two years after the tenancy begins before you ask the courts for possession in the event you want to sell or move in yourself. What's your view guys?

Thanks.
