I will be sending my tenant a fresh RLA tenancy agreement with an increase in rent from 1st July. I have informed the tenant a month ago by email about this and she replied "ok".

Is there any best time to send it to her for signing? Eg this month in May? Or is that too early? I always send 2 copies for her to sign, one for her to keep and one for her to send back. There is NO DEPOSIT to prescribe any information on.

ALSO is the standard RLA "Tenancy Agreement" which I downloaded in March still the up to date one as I remember seeing an email in April about a change ???

Many Thanks
