I have a ground floor flat in a managed block of 4 apartments. It has an adjacent garden which I while back I had covered in chippings to keep maintenance to the minimum. There were some stone slabs in the space where my garden met the neighbours, and due to a recent disagreement with my tenant the neighbour removed them. He had paid for the installation, so i suppose his right. He and the management company have now complained because underneath them is some hardcore, and it looks a bit patchy compared to the chippings. The Management (Eddisons) have requested I sort this out, yet I cannot find anything in the Landlords Agreement that stipulates this. I do intend to but there pestering is becoming tedious.
Any ideas or thoughts much appreciated.
