Hi,
I am unsure whether a shared-freehold flat we own is part of an HMO property. The building is a semi detached victorian house that has been converted into 3 flats many years ago. The only shared space is the communal hallway from which each flat has an internal front door with it's own postal address. The flats are a studio flat, a 1 bed flat and a 3 bed flat. The each landlord has a share in the Freehold Management Company. Does this make it an HMO?
Many thanks
