Having paid twice in the last 6 weeks for the tenants WC to be unblocked (60 & 45), we have now, upon the third blockage received an invoice (240) from a Drainage expert who has also provided CCTV evidence showing the "plastic stick" found wedged in the waste/soil pipe. The tenant has been in the house for over 6 years so I am sure that the plastic stick has presented itself more recently. Am I correct in expecting the Tenant to pay for the last unblocking?
