A new tenant of mine would like to install his own gas cooker.

The existing cooker is supplied by me and has been passed safe as part of the annual CORGI inspection.

As I see it I have two options...

1. Insist that the cooker is installed by a registered CORGI engineer and a receipt is provided for me.

OR

2. Ask the tenant to acquit me in writing of any responsibilty for the installtion and safe working of the cooker.

Are there any other ways around this...?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards
