Hi, I have several tenants on a statutory periodic tenancy which followed after a 6 month AST using an RLA AST form from 18 months or so ago. The S13 form indicates this form shouldn't be used in the case of a statutory periodic tenancy and the AST itself doesn't make reference o rent increases. Does anyone know how I should go about increasing the rent - obviously I'll give sufficient notice and ensure the rent is in line with market rents but what form and is there the same right of appeal to a tribunal etc. Or should I end the existing tenancy with a s21 and start a new AST with a revised rent? Thanks for your help. Martin
