Possession via Section 21 on an old AST created April 2015, which is now a periodic tenancy
I am looking to gain possession of a property, the original tenancy was RLA AST, created in April 2015, which has since been a periodic tenancy after the initial 6 months, no deposit taken.
The property is in good condition, valid EPC and Gas Certificate.
Can I just use a a current Section 21 notice?,
My main concern. is it affected by the new rules which came into affect in October 2015 regarding the "How to rent guide".
Any information would be appreciated, on how I should proceed.
