Own Manager for property portfolio
Has anyone had their own in house lettings manager working directly for them?
We are considering it, we have around 70 properties with a single letting agents and they are not brilliantly managed. We are considering that we have enough to have our own in house manager.
My question is, what sort of commissions to offer to keep them accountable for keeping places full as well as keeping trouble/maintenance issues down? Does anyone have any experience who could offer any advice?
