s21 Consultation and Access
While ‘we’ (the RLA) are responding to the consultation I would like the issue of access to be addressed.
A definitive procedure for the Landlord to exercise the right of access would, for me, be a big part of any removal of S21 rights!
Apart from getting the rent paid, a housing court and being able to evict for anti social behaviour this is at the top of my list. It’s the biggest potential bugbear a tenant can give a landlord.
