On other posts, I have seen members suggest that landlords can not easily regain possession of their properties (assuming no fault on the tenant's part).
Could anyone expand on this and the reasons, please?
Assuming a tenancy is started correctly (after Oct 1st 2015) and the tenant is served with Gas Safety Cert, EPC and the latest document from Gov web site, why if the landlord decides they want possession and they serve a Section 21 notice, is this not straightforward?
Also, can I ask if anyone can confirm if the new rules (above) came in for tenancies SIGNED after 1st October 2015 or tenancies starting on or after October 1st?
