Hi I have a tenant who is more than 2 months in arrears-He is on a 'rolling' tenancy as his AST expired in January 2015-Am I correct in thinking that I can serve a Section 8 Eviction notice giving him JUST 14 DAYS NOTICE.?
What happens in the event of him not leaving-Do I need to instruct a solicitor at that point to take the matter to court? Surely this will being throwing 'good money after bad'? How long will court action take ?
