I am considering letting a house to a company who will then let the house themselves on Assured Shortholds. The 'rent to rent' idea is becoming increasingly common an my question is - if in the future I wanted vacant possession, I don't have a direct relationship with the occupiers and my lease with the company is not as AST, so is it therefore a commercial lease under the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Acts? Thanks
