Every year for the past 2 years my tenant has complained that the house is damp, in winter months. The tenant doesn't open windows, dries her clothes in the house and puts the heating on for an hour each day when the weather is bad/very cold. Last year she used my humidifier to clear the moisture in the house and this year she had declined to use the humidifier.

1)How would you deal with your tenant when they are causing condensation in the rental property?

2)Would you install a unit in your rental property to get rid of the condensation, knowing that your tenant could switch it off? What devices could you use?
