My tenant, whose STA expired in Oct 2014, is refusing to allow our estate agent to show prospective tenants the property even after being given several days notice.
He has now texted me with the following:
Graham. As of now please instruct Salisbury Henderson that as per our rights as standing tenants we will no longer accommodate viewings on ....address...
I informed the tenant that he was in breach of Section B: Clause 15 to which I received:
You can refer to what you want. I have spoken to housing and will again. No more viewings.
I have arranged for a section 21 to be issued but how can I enforce my rights for viewings to take place?
