Hi all
I have just had notices served on my tenant and to be quite honest i dont think she has read them properly she is now just over a 1000 in arrears,i have heard from someone that when she looked at them she was happy as she said thats great i have up until 16th October to save for my flat.
Do you think i should send her a letter stating the seriousness of the matter and if so what will i put in it.My blood is at boiling point now as she seems to think she can live rent free and not pay a penny back.
Also the council tax are on her back and they say if they dont get payment within 14 days that they are going to instruct Bailiffs she moved in 16th october and never paid a penny, the bill was coming to me a first so i took her contract to council and placed there names on it,she had the cheek to go mad that i had put her name on it and not mine.
