Thanks
.Please could you advise me as to the amount of notice I should give to my tenant when I wish to bring a tradesman around to quote for a repair to some damage caused by the tenant.
.Also, what notice if I want to bring prospective new tenants around to view.
.Can I expect to enter the house if the tenant is not there at the agreed time of viewing?
.What if the tenant does not answer his phone? Can I assume that a text or email sent to him is sufficient notice?
Thank you
