6 months tenancy has ended this week. Tenant is 2 months in arrears. Is the best advice still serve a section 21 NOW as the main priority is to get the house back?
As i expect the arrears to keep adding up until repossession... i want to experience the process of trying to reclaim the arrears through a CCJ etc. So in the period (months) until possession do you recommend i continually send the tenant with letters stating how the arrears is adding up threatening legal action for rental arrears?
or post s21 and s8 at the same time?!
