Dear Dave
We understand the Perils of allowing Tenants to sublet and have always insisted on all Tenants (less than 4)names appearing on the ATSA as jointly responsible for the rent
Is there anew way of safeguarding our interests and yet allowing a single Tenant to sublet at his will, there being reasonable space for a sublet Tenant in the property
Look forward to your reply
Thanks
Lila
